How to Use X / Twitter Downloader

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it support protected X posts?
No. Protected, deleted, login-required, and otherwise inaccessible posts are not supported.
Why can't the browser discover video qualities?
Official oEmbed provides post metadata but not media variants. Player data is cross-origin restricted, and CDN locations may expire or require authenticated requests.
Does FTools forward X media?
No. There is no X media proxy, storage bucket, or server-side downloader in this release.
